An All-Spanish influenced Year :: Music of Spain, Portugal and the New World

Music and theatre in 17th-century Spain :: Piety, Pomp, and Passion :: April 16-18, 2010

Theater Music from 17th century Spain, with Ellen Hargis, soprano, Julie Andrijeski, dance and violin, and guest guitarists.  A highlight of the program will be a rendition of a popular xácara, with a musical setting by Juan Hidalgo, expressed through song and dance by our featured soloists.
