Simple Instructions for Watching Your Online Concert

Take your time. Follow the steps slowly. If something doesn’t work, don’t worry — help is available at the bottom of this page.

Access to your online concert is through your confirmation email.

Step 1: Open Your Concert

  1. Open the email you received from Piffaro.
  2. Look for a large blue or black rectangle in the email.
  3. Move your mouse over the rectangle.
  4. Click once on it.

The concert will open in an internet window.

Step 2: Check Your Sound and Picture

When the video opens:

  • Look at the bottom of the video screen.
  • Click the Play button if the concert does not start.
  • Make sure the volume is turned up.
  • If you see a speaker icon with a line through it, click it to turn the sound on.

Step 3: Watch on a Larger Screen (Optional)

Easiest Method (Most Reliable)

If you want to watch on your TV:

  1. Connect your computer or tablet to your TV using an HDMI cable.
  2. Turn your TV to the correct HDMI input (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc.).

Note: Some phones or tablets may need a small adapter.

Step 4: Turn on Closed Captioning (Optional)

When you open your video, click the CC button at the bottom of the screen.
